Playtime!

Playgroup this Thursday is at Clarkdale Community Center on Bitar Ave. across from the CDC. If you come in the main gate, you will go straight until you get to Bitar then turn right. Go through a stop sign and at the second stop sign turn left. You will see the playground on your left. There is a picnic table and grassy area for a blanket to have lunch.

If you don't have a pass, don't let that stop you! It's easy to get one at Visitor's Center. You can get a day pass with just your registration, proof of insurance, and drivers license or if you would like one for longer, Alexis has offered to be a sponser.

See you there!

Low Tide!

For playgroup this week we will be heading to Sunnyside Beach in Steilacoom. This week is the lowest tide of the year so it should make for some great beach combing. Bring a sack lunch, blanket and bucket to collect your findings! We will meet from 11-1 on Thursday, June 25th. To get to the beach take Steilacoom - Dupont Rd (exit 119 take a right onto Steilacoom - Dupont Rd) and follow it all the way through Steilacoom. Take a right on Lafayette and continue to the park which is on your left. You will see the parking lot ($5 fee) before the park, you can't miss it, it's right on the beach! Hope to see you there!

Fort Lewis Post ;)

Welcome sisters to our new Relief Society blog! We hope that you find it helpful. Check it often as it will have a list of upcoming events and useful links like the current visiting teaching message or the Teachings for our Times lesson.

Speaking of visiting teaching, have you visited your sisters this month? If not, call them right now (or first thing in the morning if you are a night blogger like me) and set an appointment! Think of the difference it would make everyone did their visiting teaching. Hey, let's try it for June and see what happens!
